You must be at least 13 years old to use Planet Opus. You are responsible for all content you generate and all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

AI-generated sticker artwork is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell or commercially exploit generated artwork without a commercial license from Planet Opus.

The Planet Opus name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of Planet Opus Ltd and may not be used without prior written permission.

All orders are processed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

Orders are non-refundable once production has begun, except in the case of damaged or misprinted goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planet Opus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
